Nat’s Massage Therapy
Registered Massage Therapist
About
Hi, I’m Natalia, but you can call me Nat.
I graduated from a 2200 hour Massage Therapy program at Wellington College in Winnipeg, MB. Since 2019, I have had the opportunity to work in a sport focused and physiotherapy clinic alongside other practitioners. Working in these environments, I was challenged to provide care for athletes, individuals recovering from multiple surgeries and a variety of pathological conditions.
Some of the injuries I have treated include rotator cuff, tendonitis, thoracic outlet syndrome, knee/hip replacements, sciatica, and more.
My focus is remedial and therapeutic treatments. I am certified in cupping, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue (IASTM), hot stone, fascia integration and deep tissue access.
With each individual massage, I create a custom treatment to meet your needs that day- whether its stress relief, recovery, pain management, improving range of motion or relaxation. Whatever the issue I want to be there alongside your wellness journey to help you get back to your optimal self, physically and mentally.
I truly love what I do and i’m so grateful for all my clients that put their continuous trust in me with their bodies.

When i’m not in the office, you can catch me cycling through the prairies, dreaming about my next big adventure across the world, camping or cross country skiing new trails. Every year I like to try something new and this year i’m excited to do a triathlon.

Initial Visit:
When you book your appointment, you will receive an email with an online intake form. Here you can fill out any personal and insurance information. If you are unable to fill out your online intake form, I do have paper copies available in the clinic. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill it out. We will go over health history and the main complaint of your visit. Following, we will do an assessment, continue with your treatment and come up with a plan going forward.
